55100 Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 55100 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 55100 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 55100, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 55100 platform. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online betting platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction.

55100 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 55100 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 55100 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

  • Registration information must be truthful and verifiable.
  • Users must complete the required identity verification process before any deposit or withdrawal can be processed.
  • Account sharing with any other party is strictly prohibited.
  • Any suspicious activity must be reported to the 55100 support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 55100 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, unfair collusion, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without 55100's written authorisation.
  • Abusing the bonus or promotion system through dishonest means.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
  • Disrupting the platform's technical operations or payment systems.
  • Using a false identity or misleading information during registration or transactions.

55100 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent termination, at the platform's sole discretion.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the 55100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods approved by the platform, including DuitNow, FPX, and supported digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate and held in their own name.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account registered in the same account holder's name. 55100 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for compliance purposes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks or transaction verification. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the terms set for each payment method and may change from time to time.

Any transactions suspected of involving money laundering or other suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with the platform's legal obligations. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of these Terms may be forfeited to 55100.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 55100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 55100 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. 55100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or service outages.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 55100 platform are the exclusive property of 55100 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.

Account Policy, Suspension & Applicable Law

55100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate account balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and subject to fulfilment of all relevant obligations.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 55100 support team through official channels. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the settlement of all outstanding transactions and compliance with the prescribed security procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 55100 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum under Malaysian law.
